Solution
The project uses a combination of online and offline tools to engage citizens in various stages of the problem-solving process, such as identifying needs, generating ideas, prototyping solutions, testing and evaluating outcomes, and scaling up successful initiatives. The project also provides training and mentoring to citizens and stakeholders, and creates opportunities for networking and knowledge exchange.
